The Diles and Rinies Estate consists of 6 elegant environmentally friendly sea view villas decorated in simple Mediterranean style with a vintage touch. Some have a private pool, and on site there is a large infinity pool, and a cultural centre and art gallery, all set within 1 hectare of gardens planted with olive trees, grapevines, flowers and herbs. The villas (100-180 m2) feature between 2 and 4 bedrooms and 3 or 4 bathrooms (mostly en suite) and are ideal for families, friends or couples. Each villa is surrounded by a private garden. On the upper level, to take full advantage of the spectacular views, there is a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, WC, fireplace, spacious verandas with pergolas, large dining tables and barbecue area. On the lower level are the bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry and storage room and more verandas. There is access to the verandas and garden from both levels. All residences benefit from a parking area, WiFi, wireless speaker, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air-conditioning, fireplace and heating units. Housekeeping services are provided.
