Nestled in the village's winding streets and within walking distance of the harbour and Michelin starred restaurants, Dolphin House is a great destination at any time of year for friends and families wanting to holiday by the sea. Its prime position on the South West Coastal Path offers great options for walkers, golfers or anyone with an interest in birdwatching or fishing. A short walk over the hill to the sheltered cove of Port Gaverne offers up a multitude of water sports for all the family.
This lovely Cornish holiday house is well set up for group catering within a well equipped kitchen. The dining room has garden access for al fresco meals; cook up some freshly caught fish from a local fish cellars on the barbecue and enjoy an evening breathing in salty sea air. On sunny days, the terrace is an ideal spot to soak up some rays and maybe enjoy a proper Cornish cream tea. The lounge is a lovely sociable room with lots of comfy sofas to snuggle up on and enjoy a book or watch TV in front of the wood burning stove after a busy day exploring.

Accommodation is light and airy with comfortable soft furnishings, windows overlook the gardens and roof tops of the quaint village. There are 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor and a family bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor as well as a ground floor WC.
Guests will enjoy exploring this fascinating village, made especially famous by Doc Martin and the Fisherman’s Friends sea shanty singers. There is no shortage of high quality pubs and eateries to sample as well as independent shops and galleries. Sit with a cup of coffee watching the boats come and go, or pop in for a pint at The Golden Lion overlooking the bay. Polzeath is only 15 minutes from the house and a great beach for sand, surf and fun. For foodies, try one of Nathan Outlaw's restaurants in the village, or take a trip to the pretty port of Padstow and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant or Paul Ainsworth at No 6 - but remember to book first.
