## About The Property

Dolphins Leap is a stunning Pelion stone-built villa set in a beautiful lush green olive grove by the sea in unspoilt, Lefokastro, Pelion. With a west facing infinity pool, breath-taking sea views,  turquoise waters, sandy beaches and tavernas close by, it provides the idyllic family and friends Greek holiday location, the outdoor dining area and large kitchen equipped to cater effortlessly for large parties of up to 14 people.  There is also a yoga terrace with steps down to a private diving platform. 

The price includes free use of a 5-seater motor boat in summer months, SUP boards and kayaks to explore nearby coves and beaches. The local village and tavernas are a 12 minute walk away, with other facilities a 10 minute drive. 

There are 7 bedrooms : 6 bedrooms in the main house, and 1 bedroom in a 2 storey-stone house, the Writers Retreat,  a few metres from the main house. 

In Wing A on the first floor of the main house are 2 double bedrooms - the master bedroom with its own private balcony and large en suite bathroom, and a large twin room, also en suite. On the ground floor is a large open plan sitting/dining and kitchen area, and a third double bedroom with en suite shower and WC (and direct access to the heated outdoor shower).

In Wing B on the first floor of the main house are 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities - the Pelion room flooded with light by 6 windows, with double bed; and a twin room with space for a third single if required. On the ground floor of Wing B is a fully equipped studio apartment with kitchen, sitting and dining area as well as en suite.

A separate stone-built 2 storey house, the Writer's Retreat, offers luxurious self-contained accommodation for 2 with its own kitchen, bathroom and private terrace - ideal for members of the group requiring a little private space.

- **WiFi:** Good mobile reception. WiFi internet throughout the property
- **Swimming Pool:** Beautiful 9 x 5 metre infinity pool, bathed in sun with high tech, non-chlorinated filtration system. Sun loungers for 14. Stunning sunsets.
- **Dining Room:** Indoor and outdoor dining area comfortably seats 14. Large covered outdoor eating area with large table. Infinity seaviews from terrace.
- **Kitchen:** The large spacious kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large parties, with large Smeg cooker, American fridge and freezer.
- **Sitting Room:** Main building has vast open plan living room and dining area with fully equipped kitchen for large parties. Plenty of outdoor seating areas.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is a large open fire in main house and a wood burner in the Writer's Retreat. We can supply logs for you at extra cost for a winter let.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Satellite TV, DVD player,
- **Bedrooms:** The property has 7 air-conditioned double bedrooms all with sea views; 6 in the main house and 1 in the stone cottage, called the Writer's Retreat.
- **Linen:** Twice weekly change of towels and sheets and twice weekly clean. Daily cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
- **Bathrooms:** There are a total of 6 bathrooms (5 in main house and 1 in Writers Retreat cottage) and an outdoor hot shower. 5 of the bathrooms are en suite.
- **Children's Facilities:** We do provide cots, a high chair and extra children's beds.
- **Outdoor:** Yoga terrace Path to sandy beach. Barbecue. Private mooring. Boat in July and August is free Paddle boards (SUP's). Sofas for lounging. Sea platform
- **Parking:** There are 2 private parking areas. One at the main house for 3 cars and one at the Writer's Retreat for 1 car.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in the house please.

## Booking Information

- Rental price from £6900 to £8900 per week in 2026 The changeover day is Saturday, all bedrooms have air-conditioning, concierge (living off-site). The price includes free use of our SUP boards and kayaks. A motor boat is provided free of charge in July and August. £500 breakages deposit is required. A  motor boat can be arranged at extra cost in other months.

### About The Area

30 metres above a beautiful sandy beach. The beautiful Greek village of Lefokastro, with two tavernas and a bar, and more beaches are a 12 minute walk on a footpath. Supermarkets and shopping centre in Argalasti are a 10 minute drive. A beautiful public coastal path links the house to other beautiful seafront villages and hidden sandy coves can be accessed from back garden gate.

- **Location:** Lefokastro is on the Pagasetic Gulf of Pelion, Argalasti is 10 minute drive. Volos city 45 minute drive.
- **Shop:** Main shopping area is in Argalasti, a 10 minute car journey. It has 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, baker, butcher, post office and 24 hour medical centre.
- **Food and Drink:** 12 minute walk.
- **Airport:** Skiathos airport is closest. A private water taxi crossing from Koukounaries in Skiathos to Katiogiorgis in Pelion only takes 25 minutes. The house is a 45 minute drive from Katigiorgos. Thessaloniki airport is an international airport and is also recommended.
