If you are looking for a perfect setting for a big birthday or any other party, contact us - the group holiday specialists in the Dordogne, Aquitaine. We can take care of your group leaving you more time to enjoy your holiday with your family and friends. We can organise and book your excursions for you as well as take care of all your transport needs here in France, if you so wish.

The 3 properties are tastefully converted with original oak beams and restored stonewalls and are all self-contained with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and showers.

Le Chataignier serves as the "nerve centre" with its spacious interior and very large dining hall with oak tables. The kitchen is big enough to prepare a meal for your group or have a local chef to do it for you. Big barbecues available and outdoor tables to seat everyone.

We also pride ourselves on our spit roast evenings (whole lamb, spit roasted over a fire) and barbecues on hot summers evenings. Why not treat the whole group to a pizza, straight from the wood fired oven in the garden. Inside there are long wooden tables for dining together and a bar for you to use. With lots of comfy sofas and armchairs you can sit around the wood burner in the evenings to chat in comfort. And it's all more affordable than you think!

The properties are in the heart of the Perigord-Limousin natural park, in front of the picturesque lake Grolhier, surrounded by private parkland. The park has hundreds of kilometres of marked tracks, which you can explore walking, cycling, on horseback or even by motorcycle. Bicycle hire available on site. The nature is unspoilt and even in the high season not overcrowded.

On site there is a games room with table footie, ping-pong and board games. Outside there is badminton, petanque and the fenced, heated 12 x 6m swimming pool with sun loungers. And there's a sauna to relax in. Complimentary WiFi access.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating, electric rads and log burners.
- **Bedrooms:** 12 all together, 7 doubles and 4 twins and 1 family room with 4 single beds.
- **Linen:** Bed linen included in high season.
- **Bathrooms:** 2 bathrooms, 5 shower rooms, 7 WCs.
- **Children's Facilities:** Large climb frame with swings, monkey bar, slide, sand pit, see-saw and play house. Travel cots and high-chair, baths available
