The large holiday house which sits in the heart of a national park is also suitable for hosting small corporate events. This former fortified residence with a wealth of history dates back to the time of the Templars and now offers a relaxed setting and plenty of space. There's a range of leisure facilities on site including billiards, table football, table tennis, pétanque, a volleyball court and a large 14x7 swimming pool, open from early May to mid October. The domaine can host up to 25 people in 12 bedrooms spread across self-contained apartments, each with its own kitchen and living room. There's a total of 3 living rooms with fireplaces, and a large dining room which can seat around 30 people in the old vaulted stables. In spring and summer, meals can be enjoyed in the summer kitchen near the pool, complete with a barbecue and views of the Millau Viaduct. The main Troubadours living room is large enough for everyone to gather around the historic fireplace. Bedrooms vary in size and layout. 3 smaller rooms on the ground floor Cardabelle may suit teenagers or anyone wanting  privacy. The 5 main apartments offer a mix of double and twin rooms, with bathrooms shared between them. New facilities added in 2025 include 2 toilets and a shower next to the pool house. The estate is open all year and has a helipad on site. Located only 4 km from Millau and close to the A75 motorwa, this location is perfect for exploring the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses. Spend a day visiting the Roman chapel at Brocuéjouls or the cave church in Peyre, or head to the Gorges du Tarn, the Roquefort cheese caves and the Larzac plateau. Millau also offers museums, shops and plenty of good restaurants.
