These large holiday houses in the Dordogne offer the perfect location for holidays with groups of friends, family get-togethers, big birthdays and anniversaries, hen and stag-do's.

Domaine de Leymeronnie is a large estate sleeping up to 34 people in 15 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms. The 2 large buildings run parallel to each other, either side of a central courtyard. Both houses are wheelchair accessible downstairs and the Barn has 3 downstairs bedrooms suitable for people with reduced mobility. The property is set in 21 acres of rolling country side with panoramic views across the Trieux river valley in the beautiful Perigord-Vert region of Dordogne.

The estate features a 12 x 7m swimming pool inside a security fence with sunloungers, a floodlit multi-sports arena (including tennis), a lit petanque court and lots of parkland for children to run about and chase butterflies.

There are several areas where the whole group can eat together; inside the Barn is a large (+70m2) dining hall, right next to the catering kitchen. Outside there is a walled mini-courtyard, where a long table is set for balmy evenings and also, at the back of the Barn, a large terrace to sit of an evening and admire the far reaching views across the river valley.

We can offer catered meals, provided by our local French chef, and a daily bread and croissants delivery is also possible.

Domaine de Leymeronnie is situated on the edge of a small hamlet, but is not overlooked. Within a short drive there is a town with all the usual amenities. The area has several swimming lakes with sandy beaches, rivers for canoeing, golf courses, tree top adventures, go-karting, horse riding and hundreds of kilometres of way marked lanes to walk and cycle. The local town has one of the biggest markets around every Wednesday morning. Pets welcome by prior agreement.
