A true ‘getaway from it all’ holiday location, yet just 4 minutes from the village of Oms which provides for day to day needs (bread/croissants) and has a bar/restaurant, and 20 minutes from Ceret with all its conveniences. Tranquillity and privacy are assured as well as lots of space both inside and out. One big house ideal for big groups or multiple families with 2 separate TV/lounges and a great outdoor shaded dining table which easily seats 20 people for memorable gatherings! The property is very private and not at all overlooked for ultimate privacy.
All beds have quality mattresses, all bed linen and towels are included, white hotel quality and professionally laundered (pool towels also).
Air conditioning : currently only in bedrooms 1 & 2, there are either electric floor or ceiling fans in all other bedrooms.
Outside : the grounds themselves are extensive with plenty of scope for walking, hiking, mountain biking. Garden space is ample, with plenty of room for kids to run and play. The large poolside terrace with 4m x 4m pergola leads to a games room. Garden chairs, high quality sun loungers and several large parasols for shade are available. There's a huge heated swimming pool (surrounded by security fencing/gate) which measures 12.40m x 6.30m (0.8m to 2.4m deep) so even at capacity you won't feel cramped. Poolside WC.
The games room has a ping-pong table, pool table, dart board, exercise bike, eliptic treadmill machine (should you really wish to exercise on holiday) and a full size basketball hoop. Also an exterior fridge/freezer for drinks/ice-creams. There is also a toddlers slide and springy toy!
Utility Room : spacious laundry room, spare freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby high chairs and booster seats available. Also various baby equipment...stroller, pram, bath etc... please ask owner for details beforehand.
Cleaning : the entire property is cleaned to a high standard prior to arrival. However, being a self catered property, it is the responsibility of the client to leave exterior of the property as found (as per our terms and conditions).
