This attractive newly built manor house is perfect for all kinds of gatherings including celebrations. Within walking distance of bustling Donegal Town, guests can discover a 15th century castle and a fascinating Railway Heritage Centre. Donegal Bay is home to a seal colony and lots of other native wildlife and there are plenty of walking opportunities along stretches of The Wild Atlantic Way including blowing the cobwebs away on Sliabh Liag clifftops. Or drop in to the distillery to sample some new Irish whisky, otherwise known as 'The Silkie'. With Donegal recently achieving an award as a top food destination, there is a great choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars to sample fantastic Irish hospitality in the town.

Donegal Manor benefits from a superb location, set in mature gardens with lots of lawn space for outdoor games where the youngsters can let off some steam. The south facing patio is a great spot to sit and relax after a day out, ideal for al fresco dining and drinks.

The professional stainless steel kitchen is kitted out for any 'wannabe' chefs to prepare a feast for the whole group. Alternatively the owners can arrange for recommended local caterers to come in and do it all for you. Dining for all guests in the open plan living area is a highlight with comfy leather sofas to sit back on afterwards next to a welcoming open fire. A handy dry room is available upstairs for walkers and cyclists to clean and dry kit.

There are 10, beautifully appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed with table and chairs work space and flat screen TVs. Beds are a combination of very comfortable superkings, kings, doubles and just 3 singles making it easy to please everyone. Each has en suite facility, offering a bath tub with power shower over. The 1st floor also has a tea/coffee making station and a handy laundry room with large washing machine and gas dryer. 2 of the en suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor one with a wet room.

If 10 bedrooms are too many, West Wing offers a 4 bedroom unit as an alternative sleeping up to 12.

Property is just under 5 minutes drive from Donegal Town. Close to beaches, Wild Atlantic Way, quiet forest walks and Lough Eske wedding venues. Derry is approximately an hour away, Belfast 2 hours.

National bus service from Dublin, letterkenny, Derry, Galway all stop or terminate in Donegal Town. Limited local bus service to South and West Donegal. Lots of taxis available and day tour operators.
No local train station. Sligo nearest 55 minutes away.
Donegal Town is at the mouth of the River Eske and just 5 minutes from Donegal Manor. Famous vibrant, market town has won many awards for its beauty and charm. Home to the O'Donnell Castle.
Lidl is just 2 minutes drive. Donegal also has an Aldi, Centra and Super Valu supermarkets. It is also home to the famous Magee of Donegal brand, tailors and tweed makers.
Donegal has a range of eateries to suit all tastes. Donegal recently won an Irish 'foodie destination' award. Biddy's of Barnes one of Donegal's oldest and famous pub is just an 8 minute drive.
Donegal Airport 1.5 hours drive. Knock Airport 2 hours, City of Derry Airport is 1hr 10 minutes away and Belfast International Airport is around 2 hours away. Belfast City Airport about 2.5 hours.
