The exceptional accommodation is extremely spacious,with quality fittings throughout. Both Dove House and Swallows are quietly located down a mile long tree-lined drive. Dove house has exclusive use of an indoor heated swimming pool, and is perfect for larger groups.
Dove House is a peaceful and luxurious house and ideal for a family holiday or small company training retreat sleeping 13 in 7 en-suite bedrooms. There is a large, enclosed garden area with patio and garden furniture, for the more energetic, there is also a hard tennis court that can be used by prior arrangement.
Swallows is designed for 4 people to share in comfort. It has its own walled garden, a double and twin/double room and is furnished to the same high standard as Dove House.
Of course, if you have a large group you may want to occupy both properties -together they accommodate up to 17 people.
Situated close to the stunning Jurassic coast visitors to Dove House have a wealth of activities to choose from within an hours drive of the house with many interesting towns and picturesque villages, countryside and coastal walks with glorious scenery, historic houses and monuments and attractions designed for the many visitors to this lovely area.
Children and families are especially well served and there are many places to entertain even the most demanding of children including Lodmoor Country Park, a Shipwreck Centre, Sea life Centre and Tropical Bird Park in Weymouth. Abbotsbury, which is close to the properties, has the oldest tithe barn in the country, a children's farm, play area and renowned Swannery.
