All open plan living, it is perfectly set up for meetings, planning and bonding sessions by day and really comfortable for eating together and socialising by night. The main living space has an enormous table, for up to 40 guests, ideal for a board meeting and a welcome reception. There are plenty of breakaway rooms for smaller gatherings or planning meetings and lots of outside areas for team building. 5 acres of land offers opportunities for games, relaxation and team activities. 2 Smart TVs are available for presentations in the lounge and games room.

The games room is a popular social area with bar tables and a darts board, perfect for downtime but also a good space for indoor activities such as yoga or pilates.

The bedrooms are simply yet beautifully designed, all ensuite and good for a mixed group. There are 13 rooms, a combination of doubles, twins and even dorm style accommodation for up to 6 guests. 8 bedrooms are on the ground floor, accessible and 1 with an en suite wet room. Contemporary bathrooms complete the picture.

Keen hikers and cyclists in the team will love the chance to explore the stunning Peak District and Dovedale Nature Reserve, stopping off at Herbert’s Fine English Tearooms for a cuppa. Ashbourne known as The Gateway to Dovedale is a place worth visiting to experience fascinating heritage and architecture. It’s an excellent choice for delegates travelling from different areas of the north and north west.
