Discover for yourself this unspoilt corner of rural Suffolk and all it has to offer. Doves Barn is close to all the necessary amenities and an excellent base to explore and enjoy our panoramic views of rolling countryside and unspoilt coastline.

The facilities at Doves Barn include an 8 person hot tub, a games room with snooker table and table tennis for guests to enjoy, as well as 2 acres of grounds for outside games and a spacious courtyard.

The holiday barn has a wealth of exposed beams. The ground floor includes a vaulted living room, two dining rooms, both with wooden floor and French doors. The kitchen has a breakfast area and there is a separate utility room with washing machine.

Spread over two floors are 8 bedrooms. On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms - one with 3 single beds and a double bunk bed (sleeps 4) en suite, two with double beds, one with 2 single beds. On this level there is also a bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle and toilet, also a further en suite shower room and toilet.

Spiral stairs lead to the first floor, where there is 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet leading to a galleried area with double bed and additional single bed.

A second staircase to the first floor leads to a galleried area with a double bed. There is also a further double bedroom (5ft four poster) with en suite shower room and toilet.

There is a warm welcome all year round with a wood burner in the large inglenook fireplace.

Doves Barn offers an ideal location for family celebrations, hen parties and a get together with friends, with Needham Market less than a mile away. The property also provides an excellent base for walking, cycling or bird watching and is conveniently situated to explore Suffolk. There are also direct train links to London and London Liverpool Street.

Walking distance to the retro village of Needham Market with pubs, antique shops and a stroll round Needham Lake is a must!

Bury St Edmunds cathedral, abbey gardens and the towns of Ipswich, Norwich, Colchester, Aldeburgh, Dunwich, Walberswick, Southwold and Sutton Hoo, Long Melford, Lavenham and Kersey are all within easy reach.

- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels included. Please bring extra towels if you wish to use the hot tub.
- **Bathrooms:** 5 shower/bathrooms, some en suite.
- **Children's Facilities:** Nearby leisure centre. 2 high chairs, 1 cot, please bring linen for cot. Numerous outdoor games ie. skittles, Connect 4, table tennis.
