The Dower House provides excellent and unique accommodation, whether it be for a fantastic family holiday or for a group away on business.
There are 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in total. 1 ground floor bedroom with en suite. 6 bedrooms on the first floor, 5 of which are en suite, 1 with its own bathroom.
On the top floor of the house can be found 3 further bedrooms, 2 en suite, 1 with own bathroom.
The Dower House has 2 large reception rooms, both with beamed ceilings and large open fireplaces. The Library is a large sunny room with smart TV. There is also a lovely dining room with large dining table seating up to 22 people. The large extensive kitchen has an electric double range cooker, American fridge/freezer, separate fridge and a double bottle fridge, combination microwave and 2 dishwashers, washing machine /tumble dryer. The Dower House also has a large entrance hall and downstairs WC.
Outside, The Dower House has a charming courtyard with Well, BBq and Fire Pit, all logs are provided, and is surrounded by extensive gardens. Through the woodland flowers at the foot of the garden you will find the tennis court.(available by request). In addition to its beautiful Cathedral, Canterbury has a wealth of historic buildings and museums. Dover has it's majestic castle, white cliffs and only a short hop to France for the day.
