An ideal set up for multi generational families or friends groups to get together for a holiday or weekend break in the beautiful rolling Hampshire countryside, Downlands Farm is 1.5 hours from London and 30 minutes from Portsmouth with excellent transport links, making it a great location for guests coming from different parts of the country. 5 cottages provide choice and privacy for everyone and yet there are options for everyone to gather for fun in the games barn or for a go karting competition. Each property has its own garden but they are connected making it easy for a larger group to gather for drinks or a barbecue outside. All the cottages offer open plan living with spacious lounges and kitchen diners. Stable Cottage can seat a larger group. Attractive spaces include well equipped kitchens with modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. Direct access to individual gardens is a bonus for somewhere to sit outside of an evening. There is ground floor accommodation in all the properties plus an en suite, handy for anyone with mobility issues. Bedrooms are configured as doubles, a triple or superking. Paulton's Park and Peppa Pig World is 45 minutes away, an extremely popular day out for all ages with a combination of white knuckle rides and more gentle attractions.
