Downview Farm is a large contemporary house with private spa facilities and includes:

- Exclusive use of the heated indoor pool from 1pm - 11.30 pm. The Pool is chlorinated to the highest standard
- Outdoor hot-tub partially covered with twinkling fairy lights
- Outdoor fire pit area located at the back of the house, for evenings beneath the stars toasting marshmallows
- Large decking areas and lawns for outdoor entertaining, located at the front of the property

Perfect for family get togethers, special birthdays and anniversaries, girly weekends away and hen parties. Downview Farm has so much to offer, any occasion will be unforgettable spent in this beautiful location.

We have our own Well-being retreat right on site. We can offer:

There is also horse riding, tennis, cycle paths and a professional mountain bike park 10 minutes away, plus fantastic family pubs and restaurants. You can relax and let the family enjoy their holiday, they will be spoiled for choice.

Downview Farm welcomes doggie guests, with their own check in treats, and cozy throws and towels for muddy paws. No dogs on beds or furniture.

Accessibility

Boutique style lounge overlooking the indoor pool. Relax and watch the fun. Walk through to the conservatory/games room overlooking pool and gardens.

We have a pool/snooker table and board games in the conservatory overlooking the pool and gardens.

Heating and Open Fires

Oil fired central heating to keep you all cosy plus a beautiful open fire. Large basket of logs on arrival. Extra logs £25 per load. Coal £15 per bag.

6 Rooms sleeping up to 15 guests (babies up to 3 free and not counted). Selection of superking or twin rooms. 4 en suite. 1 large family bathroom.

Linen

All our beds have been chosen for comfort, with crisp luxurious Egyptian cotton linen. Please note ... we do not provide pool or bath towels.

3 en-suite shower rooms, 1 en-suite shower and bath room, 1 large family bathroom, 1 ground floor cloakroom.
