Local landmarks including the Arc cinema and Britannia Pier can be viewed from the apartment, which is also within walking distance of several other attractions including the new state-of-the-art Marina Centre iwith a swimming pool and fitness centre, Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach, Great Yarmouth's race course and the town centre. The long stretch of beach is only a few feet away with miles of golden sand, a view which can be enjoyed from the apartment's windows and balcony.

Dukes Mansion Apartment is renovated to a excellent standard and finish, with retained original period features. The apartment is beautifully presented with 5 bedrooms, plus a large sofa bed, a large kitchen dining room with separate lounge, 3 bathrooms and a small outside terraced area with superb views of the sea and Scroby Sands.

Accommodation is over 5 levels:

Ground floor: large oak panelled hallway with plenty of hooks and space for coats and shoes.

First level: large family bathroom; separate WC and large twin vanity basin; laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Second level: large stylish fitted kitchen and magnificent dining area with spectacular views to the seafront.

Third level: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2.

Fourth level: large spacious lounge; shower room; Bedroom 3 with built in wardrobe, dressing table and TV.

Fifth level: shower room; Bedroom 4 with built in wardrobe and dressing table, TV and sea view; Bedroom 5 with built in wardrobe, dressing table, TV. Door in Bedroom 5 leads to the small outside terrace area with magnificent views of sea and seafront.

All bedrooms have hairdryers and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have TVs.

- **Accessibility:** Spread over several floors so unsuitable for disabled guests.
- **WiFi:** Free complimentary WiFi provided. Due to the location and and size of the apartment we cannot be held responsible for loss of signal.
- **Kitchen:** Large kitchen fitted to excellent high standard, microwave, wine chiller, large range cooker, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer/icemaker.
- **Dining Room:** Grand rosewood dining table with 12 chairs, fireplace, leather sofa, armchairs, 50 inch TV/Netflix/Freeview. French doors with spectacular sea views.
- **Sitting Room:** Large spacious lounge with seating for 12 people, large leather sofa bed, fireplace, 50 inch TV/Netflix/Freeview, stunning sea views.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV in lounge and some bedrooms. A few games/books provided. Stereo and Bluetooth speaker in bathrooms.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating is included in the price but hopefully this will not be needed during the summer season.
- **Bedrooms:** Bedroom 1 - twin room; Bedrooms 2 and 4 - doubles; Bedroom 3 and 5 - kingsize bed. Large sofa bed in lounge - sleeps 12 max.
- **Linen:** All bed linen is provided with beds made up for your arrival. Tea towels provided. (Bath, hand and face towels provided £5 per person optional).
- **Bathrooms:** 3 bathrooms: one large family bathroom with bath, walk in electric shower and separate WC; two shower rooms with WC and vanity sinks.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cot, high chair and stair gates available on request. We do not provide cot bed linen. Children's board games provided.
- **Outdoor:** Small outside terrace area with magnificent views of sea and seafront, suitable for 2 to 4 people. We provide 4 chairs and a table.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but the beach is just over the road.
- **Parking:** There is no on on-site parking at Dukes Apartment. We provide two on-street parking permits free. Additional parking permits are available (enquire).
- **Smoking:** Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
