Sleeping up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms, the house offers plenty of space for different generations to stay comfortably under one roof. The setting combines rural surroundings with easy access to nearby towns and the Norfolk Broads. The house has several shared spaces allowing everyone to find their own quiet corner or to come together as a group. 2 separate living rooms each have a wood burner and comfortable seating, providing an alternative place for the youngsters of the group to gather away from the adults. The large kitchen and dining area is the heart of the house, with plenty of space to cook and linger over meals together. Patio doors open directly onto the garden, making it easy to move between inside and out for barbecues. All bedrooms have super king beds that can be arranged as twins if needed, along with en suite bathrooms and Smart TVs. 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor and has been adapted for guests with limited mobility, making the house suitable for a mixed age group. Upstairs, the 2 remaining bedrooms have a twin/superking and single bed each. The games room is a favourite with all ages, offering table football, air hockey, snooker and table tennis, along with TV and music options. A utility and boot room is useful for outdoor gear after muddy walks and for dogs, who are also welcome. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor. Outside, the private gardens offer lawns, terraces and a sunken garden with space for children to play and adults to relax.
