Dunley Farmhouse is a Georgian stone house with unspoilt rural views of the surrounding farmland in a quiet setting on a sustainable, eco-friendly working smallholding near Bovey Tracey. Situated on the eastern edge of the Dartmoor National Park in Devon, the house is close to many pretty Devon towns and villages as well as the fabulous beaches of the south coast and a myriad of other attractions sure to keep all members of the group entertained.

Dunley Farmhouse sleeps up to 11 and is dog and family friendly making the house a great choice for family holidays and celebrating special occasions together.

There’s lots of room for socialising together – a large dining table seats 12, and the sitting room has comfy sofas, a cosy wood burning stove and Freeview TV, as well as board games. French doors open onto the garden, and a conservatory provides a separate space for relaxing or curling up with a good book. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for catering for family and friends.

The house has 5 bedrooms, one of which is at ground floor level with an en suite wet room, making it suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The garden is secure and ideal for children and dogs – plenty of lawn for playing football and other games, and picnic benches and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

There are a variety of animals living at Dunley Farm and we are very happy to give you a tour of the farm. However, please do not explore outside the enclosed farmhouse garden by yourself.

At Dunley we are proud of our green credentials , with water provided by a borehole, solar panels where possible on new buildings and a biomass boiler providing hot water and heating.

All en suite. Some showers, some with bath. Accessible wet room on ground floor.
Ground floor bedroom with en suite no-step shower. Ramp to front door and no step access to all of the ground floor.
High chair and travel cot available.
Fenced garden, safe for children and dogs. Lawned and ideal for garden games. 2 picnic benches seating 12, barbecue.
There is no swimming pool.
Ample free parking available.
No smoking please.
Well behaved dogs welcome, but must be kept on a lead when not in the farmhouse or enclosed garden area.

Booking Information

Full week bookings only during peak season, normally Friday to Friday. Flexible at other times.
£500 damages deposit for Hen/Stag groups (which has always been 100% refunded to date).
