Dunningwell Hall, the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury, is set on a lush 26-acre country estate in the popular Lake District. Its vibrant décor, elegant lounges, bar, snooker and dining rooms, 11 luxurious designer suites, all (bar one) with bath and shower, tea and coffee stations, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen, guest laundry and WiFi, delivers the ultimate countryside experience.
This chic over-the-top 3 story mansion, nestled in a picturesque garden forest, offers endless entertainment. From a 16-seater hot tub, a curated collection of captivating books, full-size snooker table, darts, foosball, Xbox, Swingball, basketball to several other lawn games! Thoughtfully calibrated, Dunningwell Hall includes an accessible suite, an elevator servicing all three floors and a workstation with printer.
Designer services are available on request including team builds, banquet and casual catering, exotic picnics, drinks and food shopping or daily cleaning.

Booking Information
Prices vary throughout the year so please feel free to contact us with your requested dates so we can provide you with an accurate cost. We offer short stays of 2,3,4 and 7 nights, and longer stays if required. Our change over days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To check availability and secure a booking, please contact us.
A 33% deposit is required at the time of booking with the full balance due within 12 weeks of the arrival date.
We ask to hold a cautionary security deposit of £1000. This is requested two weeks prior to your stay and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or it’s contents.
Being a country destination, sound travels far. To be respectful and courteous to the local community, guests are not permitted to contribute to noise nuisance by playing loud or amplified music, both live and/or recorded between 23:00 and 08:00 on any given day.
Dunningwell Hall will not sell, or serve any alcohol at your event, but you will be able to use our delivery service. You will be able to preorder alcohol, where we will purchase any supplies on your behalf and ensure they are available upon check-in. We will require a minimum of 15 working days’ notice to provide this service.
Groups can not exceed more than 22 people and no day visitors are allowed.
Commercial events are not permitted.
Dunningwell Hall will not tolerate any antisocial behaviour, such as aggressive, noisy or abusive behaviour or neighbourhood disturbances involving drugs, abandoned cars or animals. This includes damage to property either at Dunningwell Hall, or in the surrounding neighbourhood. Guests will be prosecuted accordingly and Dunningwell Hall reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises.
A £2000 security deposit will be taken for all “Hens” and “Stag” parties. Should the guests breach any of these conditions, Dunningwell Hall is permitted to impose fines, deductible from the deposit.
