Beautifully positioned in the Exe Valley and very accessible from major roads, this tastefully converted barn retains much character with beams, stone walls and inglenook fireplace.

Spacious throughout the barn offers ample accommodation for large family gatherings. There are two further cottages close-by, each sleeping 6 and with a door that connects them, which can be booked with the Barn to sleep up to 46.

The Barn main lounge has an Inglenook fire place and French doors leading out to the garden. There is also a second lounge, dining room with beams, kitchen with tiled floor, second breakfast kitchen and a utility room.

12 bedrooms - 7 double, one with basin, two with additional twin beds & en-suite shower rooms with toilets & basins, one with additional single bed & en-suite shower room with toilet & basin, 3 twin, one with basin, 1 bunk room with additional single bed, shower room with toilet & basin, bathroom/shower over bath, toilet & basin.

Duvale Barn is in the unique position for larger groups with the two cottages adjacent (sleeping up to 46 people). Please see website for more information on the range of other properties we have.

Less than 2 miles from Bampton and set in in 30 acres, Highleigh Mill is ideally located for exploring this superb area close to the Exmoor National Park and the Devon/Somerset border.

Tiverton (7 miles away) offers a selection of shops and NT Knightshayes Court is 6 miles. Minehead is within 20 miles for sandy beaches and family attractions. The historic cathedral city of Exeter, home to a Maritime Museum, theatre and boasts a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants, within 20 miles.

Taunton, Ilfracombe, Sidmouth, Seaton and Exmouth are all within easy driving distance. Golf, fishing and horse riding can be found locally.

Two kitchens: The main kitchen has an Aga and 2 electric cookers. The Breakfast kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave.
