Beds are made up as listed below but can be changed for the convenience of your group if we are notified in advance of your stay.

Large entrance hallway with dining room to the right, with large table and chairs, music room and TV room
Large, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Island can be used as a breakfast bar with stools
Downstairs wc, utility room including washing machine and second fridge
Back door leads to the garden (down a few steps)
First Floor:-
Large, second sitting room with TV and DVD Player overlooking garden
Study with desk and chair, pool table and WiFi access
Bedroom 1 and 2 - Super king/twin, with en-suite bathroom. Overlooking garden or front of house
Bedroom 8 - Super king/twin. Overlooks front of property
Second Floor:-
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom (can be put together with a super king topper with advance notice) with en-suite shower room. Overlooking garden
Bedroom 4 and 5 - Super king/twin, 1 with en-suite shower room. Overlooks front
Bedroom 6 and 7 - Super king/twin and single bed. Overlooking front or back garden
All Super king beds can be split with advance notice.
Outside:-
There's a patio area with table and chairs and BBQ, leading to grassed area. The entrance to the garden is not gated. Off street parking for 4 cars.

Convenient access to the South Downs countryside, events at Goodwood (15 minutes – for Festival of Speed, Revival, Members Meetings, and racing) and to the stunning South Coast – Pagham Beach is 25 minutes and the dunes of West Wittering 35 minutes.
