Perfectly suited for groups or families, our spacious home comfortably sleeps 18 guests, featuring grand high ceilings, generous bedrooms, and ample reception and dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking for four cars. 

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Chichester, our centrally located house is the perfect venue for unforgettable celebrations. Whether you’re hosting birthdays, anniversaries, yoga retreats, Christmas parties, weddings, hen do's, reunions, or even golfing weekends, we provide a welcoming atmosphere designed to enhance your experience. Having successfully hosted countless events, we are dedicated to helping your group create lasting memories. Additionally, our versatile space is ideal for business meetings or networking events. 

Beds are made up as listed below but can be changed for the convenience of your group if we are notified in advance of your stay.

Ground Floor:-

Large entrance hallway with dining room to the right, with large table and chairs, music room & TV room
Large, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. 
Downstairs wc, utility room including washing machine and second fridge
Back door leads to the garden (down a few steps)

First Floor:-
Large, second sitting room with TV and DVD Player 
Study with desk and chair & pool table
Bedroom 1 and 2 - Super king/twin, with en-suite bathroom. 
Bedroom 8 - Super king/twin. 

Second Floor:-
Bedroom 3 - Twin (can be put together with a super king topper with advance notice) with en-suite shower room. 
Bedroom 4 and 5 - Super king/twin, 1 with en-suite shower room. 
Bedroom 6 and 7 - Super king/twin and single bed. 
Outside:-
There's a patio area with table and chairs and BBQ, leading to grassed area. The entrance to the garden is not gated.

2 electric ovens, dishwasher, large American fridge freezer with filtered water and ice making facilities. Welcome pack of essentials provided.

Large oval table which can sit 18 people.

Sitting Room

Two sitting rooms with TVs and DVD players, first floor TV also has Netflix. Grand Piano / Reading lounge on the ground floor.

TV and Music Facilities

The house has 4 Freeview TVs, 2 DVD players, iPod dock, and a collection of DVDs and CDs which can be enjoyed.

Games Room

We have a pool table, as well as a collection of family games kept in the ground floor sitting room cupboard.

Heating and Open Fires

Central heating, the two grand fire places are for display only.

Bedrooms

4 King/Twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 2 King/Twin bedrooms and 2 King beds with single beds (triples).

Linen

Fresh linen and towels included - Hand and bath towels, one each per person.

Bathrooms

Four en-suites and two family bathrooms with a separate downstairs toilet.

Children's Facilities

Board games and books. High chair and cot available - please ring your own linen. Children's packs provided.

Outdoor

BBQ, Croquet and table and chairs.

Parking

Four cars only.

All guests to undergo a private verification process. If this does not take place a refundable security deposit will be required.

A deposit payment of 50% is required at the time of booking and balance payments are due 60 days prior to arrival.

Bookings that are 7 nights and longer will receive a discount of 20% of total price.

Important: If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm.

East Pallant Townhouse, Chichester is situated in a very quiet, residential quarter of Chichester, providing convenient access to a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes right in the heart of Chichester City Centre. Immerse yourself in the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, contemporary art, and rich historical sites, all at your fingertips.

The location of the townhouse offers incredibly convenient access to the South Downs countryside, exciting events at Goodwood and the stunning South Coast. Imagine being just a 20-minute drive away from the beautiful Pagham and Selsey Beaches, and a mere 20-minute drive from the renowned dunes of West Wittering.

The Goodwood Estate is just a 10 minutes drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. There are buses and many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this.

If you fancy a round of golf the Chichester Golf Club is a 12 minute drive away and offers indoor and outdoor adventure golf as well as their tower and cathedral courses for the keen golfer!

Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens offer stunning views of this historic city.

The city walls walk which encircle the Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city.

Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can either walk, bike or take a boat trip through to Chichester Marina.

Pallant Gallery is also a lovely place to visit and is located only a few feet away from the house!

Chichester’s City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, cinema, bowling, arcade games and laser quest.

For a unique experience for your group, enjoy a truly fascinating vineyard tour at one of the two wonderful local Vineyards nearby. Ashling Park & Tinwood vineyards both take you deep into the vineyards for a totally immersive experience. Then back to their tasting rooms to get stuck into some delicious wines.

If you enjoy walking, hiking and cycling you’ll love the picturesque coastal routes that offer breath-taking views of Chichester Harbour. Additionally, there are numerous country routes nearby that provide an opportunity to explore the stunning South Downs National Park.

Chichester train station offers connections to London Victoria in just 90 minutes, and once you arrive, there are plenty of places to explore on local bus routes.
