Located in the heart of Chichester, our beautiful Georgian house is just a few minutes walk from the main high street. Sleeping 18, the high ceilings & spacious bedrooms, reception rooms & dining room makes this an ideal house for groups or families to get together for special occasions. We host many birthdays, anniversaries, hen do's or and festive gatherings - even weddings!
Beds are made up as listed below but can be changed for the convenience of your group.
Ground Floor:
Large entrance hallway, dining room with a large table and chairs. Music room and downstairs TV room
Large, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The middle island can be used as a breakfast bar
Downstairs wc and utility room including washing machine and fridge
The back door leads directly to the garden (down a few steps)
First Floor:
Large, second sitting room, with TV and DVD player, overlooking the garden
Study with desk, pool table, WiFi access
3 Superking bedrooms (can be split with notice), 2 with en-suite (roll top bath or shower)
Second Floor:
1 Twin bedroom (can be a superking with notice) with en-suite shower
4 Superking bedrooms (can be split with notice), 2 with additional single, 1 with en-suite shower
Outside:
Patio area with table and chairs and BBQ leading to grassed area. Please note the entrance to the garden is not gated so children need supervision. Parking area (for max 4 cars) at the rear is shared with the flats to the side of the house. Residents use the path but the garden is for sole use of guests staying at East Pallant.
Chichester Golf Club is a 12 minute drive away with indoor and outdoor adventure golf and their tower and cathedral courses for the keen golfer! Chichester boasts beautiful parks, some with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens are nearby with stunning views. The city walls and the cathedral are great for history buffs. Chichester canal is 10 minutes away - either walk, bike or take a boat trip to Chichester Marina. Pallant Gallery is lovely to visit and only a few feet away!
Chichester's City Gate has restaurants, a cinema, trampolining and also bowling.
