In the heart of SE Cornwall amongst the rolling hills of farmland is East Trenean Farm. Around a courtyard garden are 4 grade II listed luxury self catering holiday cottages. Set in 10 acres facing south with open countryside views down the wooded valley to the sea at Seaton. A peaceful rural haven to begin to unwind and relax. Each cottage offers high quality accommodation retaining original features alongside modern facilities with little extras for a touch of luxury. Each has its own private hot tub and garden with barbecue. There is a shared courtyard garden and children's play field, plus guest parking with EV charging and storage for equipment such as bikes and kayaks. The SW coast path and beaches at Seaton, Looe and Millendreath are just 3 miles. For those that like to be active there are facilities for fishing, horse riding, golf, cycling, walking, kayaking and water sports close by. East Trenean Farm offers an ideal base for touring with the fishing villages of Looe, Polperro and Fowey close by and attractions such as the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Land's End all within easy reach. Corn Barn's living area has a wood burning stove, dining area for up to 20 guests and door leading to the private garden and barbecue. The lower ground has 4 bedrooms, 3 with superking beds and 1 king - all can be split to create twin rooms. Threshing Barn has a vaulted ceiling, mezzanine, wood burning stove and a Juliet balcony with wonderful views. The lower ground floor has 3 bedrooms with superking/twin beds. The converted Water Mill is full of features having a stove and 2 bedrooms with superking/twin rooms. Linhay is for 2 adults, superking double or twin beds with modern facilities.
