The Manor House, Toad Hall, Curlew Cottage, and Garden Cottage are all just 50 metres apart from one another, making them the ideal choice for a large group or family celebration.
- Toad Hall can seat 28 for dinner.
- Toad Hall, Curlew Cottage & Garden Cottage are also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Pendennis, Great Western Lodge, Woodpecker Way, and Pheasant Walk are just a short walk up the country lane.
- Pendennis is suitable for part-time wheelchair users.

The whole site can be booked, sleeping up to 56, and we have an on-site banqueting room, with its own well-equipped kitchen, that can seat everyone.

Everything you'd expect to have, such as soft towels and heating, is included, as well as the use of the huge games barn with large soft play area, the playing field, the covered, heated swimming pool (open April to October) and the croquet lawn.

To make your stay extra special, choose from a variety of extra services, such as:
- A private chef to prepare and serve a three course dinner to you in your holiday cottage

Pendennis is part-time wheelchair accessible. Toad Hall, Curlew Cottage & Garden Cottage are suitable for reduced mobility.

Each property has wireless broadband and there is mobile reception on-site.

Modern and well equipped kitchens each with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Plenty of cutlery, china & glasses including champagne glasses.

Dining Room

Manor House seats 18, Toad Hall seats 28, Pendennis seats 12. There is an onsite banqueting room which can seat 56 - perfect for large celebrations.

Sitting Room

The properties all have large comfortable sitting rooms with wonderful views. Pendennis' sitting room opens out into the large private garden.

TV and Music Facilities

The properties all have flat Screen TVs, DVD player, CD radios with iPod docks.

Games Room

Well equipped games barn on site, including large soft play area & snooker, pool, table tennis etc. Archery range also available - book in advance.

Heating and Open Fires

The cottages have oil-fired central heating.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms are very well appointed, most can be superking or twins. Most are also en-suite.

Linen

Fresh linen and soft towels are included in each cottage.

Bathrooms

The cottages all have lovely bathrooms and shower rooms, most of which are en-suite.

Children's Facilities

Toy boxes, cots, high chairs and comprehensive baby/toddler packs are available at no extra charge.

Outdoor

The cottages have large, well maintained private gardens / private patios. Croquet lawn available.

Swimming Pool

There is a shared covered, heated swimming pool (open April to October) next to Pendennis.

There is ample, safe parking at each property.
