The perfect family seaside escape, with a twist! Edge 14 is Newquay's finest self catering home. Located 200m from the beach, close to tennis courts, Newquay Zoo and award winning gardens. Edge 14 has been designed with no expense spared from the open plan contemporary kitchen with flat screen TV and award winning integrated sound system, modern lounge and living space with TV, surround sound, full Sky HD package, Netflix and Prime Movie Accounts. The courtyard garden has a 6 man hot tub and barbecue area. There are 8 bedrooms in total. 2 master bedrooms (double beds, large rooms). The remaining 6 are a combination of twins and bunks. All are large spacious rooms with vanity unit sinks. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1- 2 bunks (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2- Double Room (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3- Master double (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4- 1 bunk (sleeps 2) Bedroom 5- 3 bunks (sleeps 6) Bedroom 6- Double Room (sleeps 2) Bedroom 7- twin room (sleeps 2) Bedroom 8- twin room (sleeps 2) There are 2 family bathrooms plus and additional 2 wet-rooms and 2 additional WCs. We have also installed an outdoor shower to wash off wetsuits. The kitchen has been designed with openness and sociability in mind. There are 2 ovens large electric hob and beautiful Corian work island as well as plenty of cooking utensils. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Good mobile reception on some networks. - **Accessibility:** Downstairs bathroom. - **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner. A charge of £50 per dog is payable. - **Kitchen:** Fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, hob, ovens, microwave and utensils. - **Dining Room:** Open plan kitchen/diner. - **Sitting Room:** Very spacious with huge flatscreen TV, PS4 with game and DVD collection. Fire place. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Full Sky package, Netflix and PrimeMovies on PS4. Kef 5.1 surround sound speakers, ipod/iphone docking station, touch screen audio control. - **Games Room:** Chill out room on the ground floor. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating via Nest. Fireplace in the Living Room. - **Bedrooms:** There are eight bedrooms. - **Linen:** Linen is provided, with fluffy luxe bath towels. - **Bathrooms:** 3 family bathrooms plus 2 separate WCs plus one separate rainforest shower. - **Children's Facilities:** We have cots , high chairs & stair gates available upon request, prior to booking. - **Outdoor:** Hot Tub Jacuzzi and private garden. - **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool, but do have a private hot tub available. - **Parking:** On road parking outside the property. Restricted in summer.
