This magical corner of north east Cornwall is perfect for a break away from life's pressures and a digital detox. And there's nothing basic about this fabulous accommodation for family holidays, girls getaways and groups of friends reuniting for a weekend. The woodland on-site wild spa is a haven for relaxation - somewhere special to reconnect with nature. With a sauna, cold drench shower and forest bathing, relax and enjoy a rejuvenating experience in a beautiful natural stream-side setting. Available for private hire (4 hours). The 2 safari tents are perfect for an extended family or 2 families, with 3 bedrooms including a double bunk room ideal for the children and a romantic 4 poster. The cabin bed is bound to be a hit with younger children - their own hideaway space. A large living area provides a corner sofa and a toasty wood burner, with a small kitchen and dining table. A larger group can gather when using the outside undercover decked area where there's a barbecue. The geodomes are stylish spaces, again with a comfy lounge, wood burner and cosy furnishings. All the units have an outside deck or terrace set up for a barbecue with a firepit for chillier evenings. All have private bathrooms, most with a tub and shower and a flushing loo. Ekopod is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Cornwall and Devon, with easy access to the South West Coastal Path and seaside gems including Port Isaac, Bude and Boscastle for watersports and beaches. Outdoor enthusiasts can head to Dartmoor for excellent walking and cycling trails. This is a quiet site, if you do not book exclusive use please be considerate of our other guests and please do not be loud after 10pm.  We aren’t suitable for a boozy party (unless you have exclusive use), as sadly we would have to ask you to leave if your group’s behaviour was damaging the experience of the rest of our guests. - - For the above reason we don’t accept Hen and Stag parties unless you book exclusive use, as we know how difficult it is to be quiet while enjoying these and we don’t want to have to put a dampner on your party!  If you are looking for an alternative relaxing, spa day style celebration and are happy that it will be quiet please get in touch and we can work something out. - - Please be aware that Ekopod is a ‘wild’ site therefore, there are various hazards such as open water. We welcome children to Ekopod, however, you bring them at your own risk and they should not be left unsupervised. - - Wild spa area – available for private hire for an additional cost (£80 for 4 hours for 2 people, extra people are £10). - - Pizza oven available – Pizza kits are available for £25. - - Breakfast hampers- can be delivered for your first morning, including all the ingredients needed for a delicious, locally sourced fry up.
