Imagine staying in a grand Georgian country house - exclusively yours, just for your friends and family to enjoy, with the only guests being the ones you have invited.

Whether you're looking to celebrate a retirement, reunion, birthday, family gathering or are a classic car group, art group, walking group or tour group - we would be delighted to welcome you, please get in touch. Please note that we don't accept hen or stag groups.

Elm Grove can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests, over 11 spacious and individually designed en suite bedrooms spread over 3 floors. The house also has a large lounge and a dining room, and a bar, where guests can meet, relax and dine.

We don't offer self-catering, instead you don’t have to lift a finger, or a frying pan. All rates include full breakfast, housekeeping each day and the option of adding in evening meals or bespoke catering at an extra charge. The costs vary according to the time of year, length of stay and catering requirements.

Situated in the village of St Florence Elm Grove offers an excellent base from which to explore Pembrokeshire and neighbouring counties. The house is just 3 miles from Tenby and Saundersfoot - we are one of the closest catered exclusive use properties to these iconic locations.

Activity and attractions nearby include:
- 3 Castles within a 10 minute drive (Pembroke, Carew and Manorbier)
- Coasteering, quad bikes, golf - 3 miles
- Pembrokeshire Coast Path - 3 miles
- Barafundle Bay and Bosheston - 13 miles
- St Davids, the UKs smallest city with its beautiful cathedral and range of boutique shops - 1 hour drive

Our private, off road parking in front of the main house and our beautiful grounds make us ideal for classic car groups and clubs.

We have a very reasonably priced bar offering a range of wines, champagne, beers/lagers and spirits. To uphold the terms of our licence we ask that guests do not bring in alcohol that has not been purchased at Elm Grove. If there are any specific brands/types of alcohol you would like, we will aim to get those in ready for you - please contact us after booking to discuss.

Sits up to 22 in a range of configurations with plenty of space to enjoy the company of those in your group. A full bar and wine cellar are on site.
Large sitting room with enough seating for all guests on a range of leather sofas and chairs.
TV in each room.
WiFi available throughout the house.
Table tennis table and 2 pool tables available for guests.
Central heating available in colder months and each bedroom has electric heaters.
11 bedrooms which include 1 single, 2 twin and 8 doubles. All en suite.
All linen and towels are provided and there is daily housekeeping.
11 en suites and 1 public bathroom on the 1st floor landing.
We have 2 ground floor bedrooms which are suitable for those with limited mobility, but are not wheelchair friendly. Please see our access statement.
High chair and cots available for exclusive use groups.
Croquet lawn, grass tennis court (available May - September), large gardens, sun loungers, outdoor seating, private car park.
There is no pool.
Private car parking for up to 11 cars.
No smoking inside the house please.
