Relax and enjoy the peaceful Lincolnshire countryside at Elms Farm Cottages. An ideal setting for a get together with family and friends - sorry, not suitable as a party venue for younger groups.

Stunning barn conversion into nine two and three bedroom holiday cottages. All step free cottages set round a pretty courtyard garden with BBQs and wooden garden furniture.

All cottages are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with wooden floors, leather sofas, wall mounted TVs and modern fitted kitchens. Cottages with cosy wood burners and level access, four cottages with wet room shower rooms suitable for wheelchair users or the less mobile guest.

Barbecue lodge in the paddock for summer use, with outside tables, barbecues and pizza oven. Indoor seating for 24 on chillier evenings.

Wildflower meadow with over 20 acres of grassed paddocks with mown walkways and two lakes. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Elms Farm in 7 of our cottages.

The Granary is an early 18th century grade II Listed Barn with a vaulted roof, exposed brickwork and original old beams. Set in the same courtyard as our cottages and available for exclusive use with all nine cottages at Elms Farm. Wedding, special occasion and conference facilities available as a separate hire.

Two miles from the historic market town of Boston with Lincolnshire's largest weekly market and Farmers Markets. Walk to the local village pub for good food. Several farm shops, coffee shops and pubs within 8 miles.

5 golf courses within 14 miles. Boston to Lincoln sustrans cycle route and superb walking in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Elms Farm Holiday Cottages provide a great location to discover the Lincolnshire Fens, Wolds and Coast with easy access to the Norfolk coast.

Well behaved dogs are allowed in 7 cottages. £25 per dog. Doggy towels and outside tap, spare leads and dog bowls. Dogs allowed in village pub.

Cricket, rounders, large connect games for courtyard and grass paddocks but sorry we do not have a games room.

Wood burners in Oak Cottage, Elm Cottage, Stables and Yew Cottage. Guest controlled electric heating in all cottages. All heating and logs included.
