The house is tucked away up a quiet lane in Wangford and is located close to the quintessentially English seaside town of Southwold in Suffolk. There are plenty of attractions nearby for visitors to the house: RSPB Minsmere, Adnams Brewery, Sutton Hoo, the beach, and a shopping trip to Southwold or Aldeburgh. The house comfortably caters for 19 in the dining room and lounge, and there is a working fire in the lounge also. The kitchen is a sociable room and whilst it is well equipped for those who wish to cook sumptuous meals, it also retains some very old features and a lovely window ledge area that looks out to the front. The house is spacious and people find it easy to settle in quickly. The rooms are well proportioned in general and they offer space. The bedrooms have been set up to cater for families or groups of friends and the attic bedroom is particularly quirky and a firm favourite with younger guests. The garden boasts a games room to the front which has a pool table, table football and comfy sofas. There is an above ground large heated swimming pool with fixed enclosure for all year round swimming. Outdoor table tennis is also available and has been a popular addition to the garden. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** With prior agreement, dogs are allowed at the house. There is a £30 per dog surcharge. House rules apply. - **Accessibility:** No specific facilities but there is a downstairs bedroom (but all bathrooms are upstairs). - **WiFi:** WiFi is available in the house - enough generally but not fantastic for streaming. Mobile reception varies with different providers. - **Kitchen:** The kitchen is light and airy. It is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glassware and crockery and with plenty of fridge and freezer space. - **Dining Room:** The spacious dining room houses a large dining table to seat 19 people comfortably together for a breakfast, lunch or sumptuous evening meal. - **Sitting Room:** The sitting room is very comfortable and ideal for all of the party to relax in with an open fire for the colder winter months. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There are two televisions - breakfast room and lounge.
