With prior agreement, dogs are allowed at the house. There is a £30 per dog surcharge. House rules apply.

No specific facilities but there is a downstairs bedroom (but all bathrooms are upstairs).

WiFi is available in the house - enough generally but not fantastic for streaming. Mobile reception varies with different providers.

The kitchen is light and airy. It is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glassware and crockery and with plenty of fridge and freezer space.

The spacious dining room houses a large dining table to seat 19 people comfortably together for a breakfast, lunch or sumptuous evening meal.

The sitting room is very comfortable and ideal for all of the party to relax in with an open fire for the colder winter months.

There are two televisions - breakfast room and lounge. There is an iPod docking station in the kitchen.

There is a games room in the front garden of the house with pool table and table football. There is outdoor table tennis also.

Central heating throughout the house and an open fire in the lounge. Guests to provide their own logs.

1 double downstairs. Upstairs: 1 twin, 1 triple, 1 family room (1 double and 2 singles) and 4 doubles.

All bed linen is provided - high quality Egyptian cotton. All duvets are featherdown for all seasons. Please bring all towels for shower and pool.

There are 4 bathrooms in total and all are upstairs: 1 is en suite; 1 shower room, 1 free standing bath and a further bath and shower room.

There are games in the games room and the breakfast room conveniently doubles up as another area for children.

The garden is a lovely large space with seating and barbecue for warmer months. There is outdoor table tennis, a games room and heated indoor pool.

There is a lovely heated above ground pool within a fixed enclosure - ideal for all year round swimming.

There is plenty of parking to the front of the property.

Smoking is not permitted in Elms Farmhouse.
