Stay on our working farm and make your escape to the country! For a large family party or friends get together why not book the house and cottages together.

The cottages have a contemporary style whilst retaining many original features. Careful consideration has been given to the furnishing and decor to provide every comfort for our guests to relax and enjoy their stay. A large south facing garden benefits from the sun most of the day.

Newly refurbished for 2022, Endmoor House has a beautiful triple aspect lounge with 2 seating areas and a fantastic farmhouse dining kitchen seating 12+. All 4 bedrooms have en suite facilities or an adjacent bathroom. There are wonderful far reaching views across open countryside from most windows in the house. The enclosed garden has a terrace and lawns, with seating area and there's private parking. Endmoor House is dog friendly.

Rakes, Tagg & Milkens cottages each have a large open plan lounge and kitchen - ideal for family parties and groups to socialise. They all have a double and a twin bedroom, sleeping 4 people. Derby, Moor & Ferndale Cottage has a spacious double bedroom. All our cottages have luxurious en-suite facilities and TV in each bedroom.

The market town of Bakewell and spa town of Buxton are both about 10 minutes drive away. Also nearby are Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. The Tissington Trail cycleway is very close by, where cycle hire is available or simply enjoy the variety of walks direct from our own doorstep! There's a secure bike store on site for guests to use.

Pets are welcome to come and stay too! There are 2 excellent pubs within 1 mile serving quality local fare, also a traditional cafe on the village green in Monyash. A visit around the farm can be arranged at your request.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV and DVD in all lounges and bedrooms.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Electric panel heating included.
- **Bedrooms:** House - 2 double, 2 twin. Rakes, Tagg & Milkens cottages - 1 double and 1 twin room. Derby, Moor & Ferndale cottage - 1 double room.
- **Linen:** All linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** Endmoor House has 3 en suites, 1 bedroom has adjacent bathroom. All cottage rooms have en suite bathrooms, with a separate shower or shower over bath.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children most welcome.
- **Outdoor:** Beautiful enclosed gardens to the cottages. Terrace area, garden furniture and BBQs available during the summer months. Secure bike store.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 22KW EV charging point in cottages car park, payable via an app.

- 30% deposit on booking, 70% 4 weeks prior to arrival.
