The main house is rich in history and character, with an avenue of trees leading to the grand entrance. Inside, a sweeping double staircase, high ceilings and period detailing set the tone. The principal reception rooms on the ground floor include a formal drawing room, well-stocked library and dining room with seating for 32 guests and a grand piano. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing large group meals, with views across the River Tay and rolling Perthshire hills. Elegant bedrooms on the first floor sleep 20 guests, several with en suite bathrooms with roll-top baths and estate views. The south-facing master suite has a private drawing room and large en suite.
