A well equipped kitchen brimming with cookware and bakeware with granite surfaces and silestone island, means there's room to gather and prepare. Enjoy a cocktail in the private courtyard garden or out on the south facing patio. Garden lighting + outdoor dining table + chairs for alfresco treats. A luxury Big Green Egg charcoal BBQ is ready for those relaxed days whilst friends sway in the hammock or unwind on garden sofas under the pergola.  

The spacious sitting room has velvet seating, coffee table for board games + designer mood lighting. The games room with Riley Multiplay - pool, table tennis, darts & TV, Yamaha keyboard and acoustic guitars.

Eskbank Villa is located in a quiet no through road in the attractive village of Eskbank lying just to the south of Edinburgh which is just 20 minutes away by car.  It’s known for it’s historic architecture and beautiful countryside.

There are good comuter links to Edinburgh by bus or train and the location is very convenient for exploring additional Scottish towns and areas such as Glasgow the Borders or the Highlands.

The River Esk is close by and runs through the beautiful Dalkeith Country Park which is 10 minutes walk away or 5 mins by car where you can take scenic walks on the Duke of Buccleuch’s beautiful estate or shop and dine in relaxed surroundings or do some adrenaline pumping on the High Wire Ropes. There’s also Fort Douglas Wooden adventure zone for children.

There are abundant golf courses within a few minutes drive and the world famous Links golf courses are very close, Gullane, North Berwick, Dunbar.
