Sleeps 24 in 4 glamping canvas lodges, each sleeping 6 - from end March to beginning November.

Exe Valley Glamping near Tiverton is a lovely luxury escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life. It's ideal for multi generation families and friends getting together in a beautiful Devon location for a holiday or weekend break. And it's a great option for celebrating special occasions and big birthdays with your favourite people, and bring the dog too.

The 4 canvas lodges are beautifully set up to provide a fantastic glamping experience without sacrificing convenience and comfort. After following a magical woodland trail, a staircase leads up to the decked outside living area, perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing in the sunshine watching the kids run around on the grass below. Underneath the lodge is a covered storage area for logs, the fire pit and even a secret swing. Inside the spacious open plan lounge diner doesn't compromise either with large table and chairs as well as leather sofas. If everyone in the group fancies getting together, there's plenty of space to gather round one of the fire pits on the grass for a barbecue and drinks. The local farm shop sells one pot meals that can be heated up.

Accommodation is cosy and warm with attractive design and soft furnishings. The 2 main superking bedrooms have direct access to the in-lodge contemporary shower and WC. The third bedroom is a quirky double cabin bed with its own canopy and hatched doors - the children will love using it as their own private den as well as an exciting place to snuggle down at the end of a fun day.

There is lots of space to enjoy being outside at Exe Valley Glamping with a path down to the river for some wild swimming as well as a track into Bickleigh. Walkers and cyclists will find several trails including the Exe Estuary Trail and the Tarka Trail under an hour away. The Exe Valley is full of pretty villages with country pubs to visit for lunch or dinner and maybe pop into Tiverton to see the castle or National Trust Knightshayes Court. For a day at the beach head to Exmouth or Torquay on the south coast for a range of sandy coves and delightful harbours.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** 4G is available throughout. No WiFi.
- **Accessibility:** No specific facilities. The lodges are raised and accessed by a stairway or from the rear which is one step up.
- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are very welcome. A sleeping mat, towels, dog bowl, treats and poo bags can be provided.
- **Kitchen:** Each lodge is equipped with a wood burning stove, gas burner, fire pit and a small refrigerator.
- **Dining Room:** Inside and outside dining for all guests. Tables can be moved so that 12 can eat together.
- **Sitting Room:** Comfy lounge areas with leather sofas and a coffee table inside each lodge. Outside seating for relaxation.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** No TV or music facilities - enjoy the peace and quiet!
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood burning stoves inside each lodge and a fire pit outside.
- **Bedrooms:** Each lodge has a superking, a twin or superking zip and link and a cabin double perfect for the children.
- **Linen:** Good quality bed linen is included with wool throws, hot water bottles and battery operated night candles. Bath and hand towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** Private shower and WC facilities in each lodge.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cot, high chair, all terrain buggy, baby bath, changing mat and toys can be provided by prior arrangement. Children's play area.
- **Outdoor:** Outside deck with dining area, lounge seating and fire pit. Grassed area for games, hammocks, play area, swing underneath the decking.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but a river near by.
- **Parking:** Off road secure parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.
