## About The Property

Dating back to the 17th century, Fairfield House has been beautifully refurbished throughout and offers comfortable accommodation for 12 people in 6 bedrooms. This is an ideal choice for groups of friends and families, for either holidays or for short breaks and weekends away at any time of year, just to bring everyone together, or to celebrate a family special occasion.

The house boasts exposed beams, original fireplaces, timber floors and luxurious bathrooms. The dining room can seat the whole group of 12, a great venue for a celebration dinner. And the kitchen has everything you might need.

Other facilities include a sauna and an outside hot tub, ensuring a relaxing stay for all.

Close to Exmoor and the Quantock Hills, and just a few miles from the sea, the house is well positioned for visiting some of the most beautiful locations in Somerset and Devon. Good transport links make for easy access, and local towns offer a choice of restaurants, pubs and other facilities.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
- **Accessibility:** Owing to the age and nature of the property, disabled facilities are limited.
- **WiFi:** There is WiFi throughout the property via super fast broadband.
- **Kitchen:** A spacious, modern, well-equipped kitchen with 6 burner gas hob, electric twin oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer.
- **Dining Room:** Oak dining tables seat 12 diners in a large airy room with a sprung bamboo floor and a beautiful stone (not used) fireplace.
- **Sitting Room:** A spacious sitting room offers sofas and comfortable seating and a 32" TV. The sitting room has lovely sanded wooden floors and a wood burning stove.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Freeview TV and a DVD player along with a selection of DVDs and books are available in the lounge.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Fairfield benefits from a brand new gas central heating system throughout and a wood burning stove in the sitting room.
- **Bedrooms:** We have one double and 5 twin/double rooms, one of which can be used as a family room with an additional bed in it.
- **Linen:** All linen is provided. But we also encourage guests to bring extra towels for the sauna and hot tub.
- **Bathrooms:** 4 rooms have en suite facilities and the other two rooms share a bathroom.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cot and high chair can be provided with notice. Please enquire while booking.
- **Outdoor:** Fairfield House has a small garden.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool. We offer an infra red sauna and outdoor spa bath.
- **Parking:** On-site parking is available for up to 6 cars.
- **Smoking:** Fairfield House is a non-smoking establishment. There is an area in the garden where smoking is possible.

## Booking Information

- Prices are seasonal, starting from around £15 pppn based on full occupancy. The minimum rental is 3 nights. We also need a damage deposit of £100.00 above the rental amount.
- 
- Arrival is on Friday after 4 pm. Departure is by 10 am on Friday for weekly and Monday for weekend bookings.

Some 18 miles from the M5 at Bridgwater (A39) in the north or Taunton in the south (A358), we are on the edge of Williton coming from Bridgwater.
