Set in a Georgian townhouse, the house offers plenty of space to gather while still feeling relaxed and easy to use for both social and work focused stays. Fairlawn has many features which suit corporate groups looking to step away from the office for meetings, workshops or team time together. Groups can use the private rooms for focused sessions, shared spaces for discussions and dining, choose between self catered or fully catered meals as well as private dining options. The Drawing Room can seat up to 14 guests, host around 30 people standing, or seat 10 around a table, making it ideal for meetings and family celebrations. Close by is a communal bathroom for convenience. The Cellar provides a larger space for dining or events, with room for up to 30 seated or around 50 standing. It includes a pantry for self service breakfast, a fridge and coffee facilities, plus a professional kitchen which can be used by a private chef or for self catering.
