Fairlea Grange comfortably accommodates 24 people (25 when using the truckle bed). Fairlea is in a residential area so it's not a "Party House", so although we want people to enjoy themselves we do not welcome raucous groups. Fairlea Grange has everything for a weekend or week stay: 10 large bedrooms (6 en suite) with big comfy beds, two additional family bathrooms, 3 lounges (2 with large wood burning stove), 2 big TVs with Sky, a well equipped kitchen (with an Aga too) and a small basement kitchen, a large sun filled, atmospheric dining room with an attached annexe for the kids should you wish to dine them separately, plus a sauna, sun lounge, and small games room. Outside in the large walled garden there's lawns for games, a hot tub, patio with barbecue area and outdoor furniture, and ample parking for 6 cars in the drive and plenty of additional on street parking. With the Grange being located in the heart of this wonderful market town, with its legendary Food Festival, you won't be bored for a minute. If you want a holiday indoors catching up with family and friends it's perfect: so much space on site and so much to do you need never leave (and if you do, imagine coming home to the sauna and hot tub - wonderful). However, if you're active and want to be out and about, it's equally good: the Brecon Beacons are right on the doorstep for amazing walking, or you can spend time in town sampling the market, museum, castle, shopping, vineyard, climbing centre, Hidden Garden, cinema, theatre.......... the list goes on. Ample pubs and restaurants within walking distance - no need for a designated driver here. Fairlea Grange is the perfect choice for walkers, foodies, families, and friends and once you've been you'll want to return time and again. Essential to bring dog bed or crate. - **Accessibility:** No specific facilities for disabled guests. - **Hot Tub:** Hot tub - under cover. - **WiFi:** WiFi and mobile reception. - **Kitchen:** Beautiful, light filled room. 5 burner hob, dble oven, 4 oven Aga with 2 hobs, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Small basement kitchen. - **Dining Room:** 2 dining rooms, connected by glazed double doors. The main table seats 16 and in the attached sun diner the table seats a further 8. - **Sitting Room:** 3 sitting rooms, main and snug, with comfy seating, TVs and music, large wood burner, piano. - **TV and Music Facilities:** 2 large modern TVs with Sky plus music system. - **Games Room:** Small room, great 4 kids with 3/4 size snooker with table tennis which sits on top. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Large wood burner in main lounge, open fire in snug. - **Bedrooms:** 4 on 1st floor: 1 double, 3 family rooms (sleeps 14) 4 on 2nd floor: 3 doubles, 1 twin - (sleeps 8) 2 in basement: 1 double, 1 twin (sleeps 4) - **Linen:** Linen provided. - **Bathrooms:** Bed 1, 2, 4: en suite.
