Designed with luxury and space in mind, we have two self-catering, 4 bedroom Manor Homes. The Manor Homes are two-storey buildings offering open plan accommodation, with 4 en suite bedrooms and a total of 5 bathrooms each.

Both homes enjoy golf course views over The Torrance Course, and are perfect for a break away with the family, a golf get together with friends or a spa getaway in Scotland.

This 520 acre holiday resort in Fife offers lavish surroundings, luxury, elegance and breathtaking views of St Andrews Bay and the North Sea. Situated in the ‘Home of Golf', the resort prides itself on a range of fantastic facilities including two championship Golf Courses, The Kittocks and The Torrance - what better for a golfing weekend with friends!

The resort also offers excellent dining experiences with a range of options, from our Italian eatery La Cucina to St Andrews Bar and Grill serving the freshest of steak and seafood. All restaurants are open to guests staying in the Manor Houses, and private dining can be arranged on request.

The Manor Homes are set on a 520 acre estate at The Fairmont Hotel with a beautiful coastal views, looking onto the town of St Andrews. Fantastic golf courses on site too.

The Hotel has several venues to dine: St Andrews Bar & Grill - Seafood & Steak Restaurant, La Cucina - Classic Italian Restaurant, Kittocks Den - Bar to Dine, Zephyr Sports Bar - Vegan/Vegetarian.
Edinburgh Airport is located approximately 84 km/52 miles, or about a 90 minute drive from the resort.
St Andrews is not on the train line. The nearest train station is Leuchars on main line from London, Edinburgh and Aberdeen (20 minutes away from Fairmont St Andrews).
Approximately a 15 minute journey from the bus station to St Andrews. 2 to 3 buses per hour between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm and less frequently at other times.
