Fairview Farm is home to 13 luxury holiday accommodation with spectacular views in rural Nottinghamshire. Sleeping up to 55 guests, we can cater for couples, small and large family or friend occasions, birthdays, hen do's, baby showers or whole site bookings with exclusive use, ideal for guest accommodation for those attending weddings at the many nearby wedding venues.

These holiday lodges and cabins near Sherwood Forest are well equipped, with open plan living spaces. Lionheart Lodge and King Richard's Lodge can be set up to accommodate large group dining for 20 on request. At the end of the day, cosy up around a private fire pit and relax under the stars.

Free on-site facilities include a games room with a pool table and air hockey, an outdoor children's play area, a nature trail, a 'pamper a pony' session with every stay, stargazing area plus fields to play family games in and wear out the kids!

There are plenty of local attractions to enjoy for all ages including exciting activities in Sherwood Forest such as Go Ape, segway adventures and archery, plus local Newstead Abbey, White Post Farm and Wheelgate's Theme Park. There is also a range of great restaurants and pubs within 1 mile of the farm.

Facilities

Dog Friendly

We allow 1 well behaved dog in Locksley, Will Scarlett, Poppy Lodge and Robin's Den. Extra fee of £30 per dog per stay. T&Cs apply.

Accessibility

Sherwood, Maid Marian, Friar Tuck, King Richard's Lodge and Lionheart are all disabled accessible and ground floor level with large walk in showers.

WiFi

WIFi is available at an extra fee of £2 per day. Suitable for general web browsing and emails.

Kitchen

All come with well equipped kitchens including fridge and freezer plus pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Some also have a dishwasher.

Dining Room

All have an open plan dining area that dine the number of people accommodated. The Lionheart Lodge and King Richard's Lodge can be set up to dine 20.

Sitting Room

All have open plan lounge areas with a TV and seating to accommodate the number of guests.

TV and Music Facilities

Flatscreen TVs in the lounge area and bedrooms of all accommodation.

Games Room

Accessible to all guests with free pool table, air hockey, table football, table tennis, mini basketball net, chalkboard, board games and toys.

Heating and Open Fires

All have central heating throughout and each accommodation has access to an outdoor fire pit.

Bedrooms

A mix of kingsize, double, twin and single bedrooms.

Linen

All bedding provided for beds. You can bring your own towels or hire towels for £2 per person. No bedding is provided for sofa beds if using.

Bathrooms

All accommodation have 1 bathroom with shower. Upside Down House has 2 bathrooms. Lionheart also has 2 bathrooms, 1 of these has a bath.

Children's Facilities

High chairs are available on request. Please note we don't provide travel cots.

Outdoor

All have outdoor areas with terrace or patio, fire pit and BBQ area with table and chairs. All except Sheriff's Den and Hideaway have fantastic views.

Parking

Free, private parking next to each accommodation with ample space for more than 1 car.

Smoking outside only please.

Open all year round. Prices may increase on Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.

£100 damage deposit required upon booking per accommodation, fully refundable after check out providing there are no damages, breakages or vandalism. Damage deposit is £200 for King Richard’s Lodge and Lionheart.
