Farleyer Lodge is a lovely traditional property which has 9 en suite bedrooms that sleep 18 adults and room for extra children/youths. The house sits in its own 17 acre garden and we are happy to welcome dogs. The outdoor hot tub is available year round, there is a beautifully renovated kitchen and a large dining room that can seat 24. A smaller property situated in the grounds can be added for extra beds if required.

Menzies Steading is a newly converted stone farm building which offers accommodation for 10 adults in 5 en suite bedrooms and there is also room for 2 extra children/youths on a sofa bed in a mezzanine area with bedroom 5. This property is fully accessible to wheelchair users and has a ground floor bedroom with wet room facilities.

Both properties are ideal for family groups of mixed ages, small intimate weddings and friends getting together.

The houses are in a great location within a couple of miles of the holiday town of Aberfeldy which has a host of fine shops and galleries varying from traditional to the more contemporary. The Highland location makes Farleyer a great base for walking, golfing (with 4 courses nearby and Gleneagles a 45 minute drive away) and angling (trout permits available or ask us about Salmon Lets). The more energetic in your group can enjoy canyoning, white water rafting, abseiling and cliff jumping.
