Perfect for a cosy coutryside getaway. Nestled on the border between England and North Wales, our small holiding offers a unique rural escpae for groups up to 16 guests. Stay in our hand-made shepherds huts complete with central heating and ensuite bathrooms, with seperate communal living space, and a hot tub! Our Shepherds Huts feature handcrafted wooden king-size bunk beds, seating area, kitchenette with fridge and sink, heated ensuite with toilet, hand basin and shower. The Sheep Baaarn living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, long dining table and a lounge area with a log burner, perfect for those colder months. The covered Spaaa area has a hot tub seating 5 guests and picnic benches, perfect for a relaxing weekend! Book during our winter season (Nov-Feb) for accommodation only, or enjoy our all inclusive package for a 2-night weekend stay in the peak months (March - Oct), including 6 of our finest farmer inspired activities, plus accommodation. Let us cook you a beautiful home reared BBQ lunch for your friends and family to enjoy after you have finished competing in your activities. We can cater for dietary requirements if we know in advance. Perfect for hens, stags, school reunions, corporate events or family/friends get togethers (18+ years only during peak times / under 17s welcome during Easter & Summer holidays and some weekends - just give us a shout to enquire!). You can book for a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 16 for a weekend stay or how about joining us for a day visit! For day activities we can cater for 8-100 guests.  Choose from one of our following packages: Ultimate Farmer - Sheep gathering, tractor racing, egg throwing, pig herding, welly wanging and farmer's scramble. Farmer Warrior - Sheep gathering, tractor racing, greasy pole, pig herding, tug o war and farmer's scramble. Our activities are availaible come rain or shine and available all year round so if you are up for it, so are we.  ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** This is a working farm so dogs are not allowed. - **Hot Tub:** Outdoor hot tub in The Spaaa (undercover outdoor space) - **WiFi:** WiFi available throughout. - **Dining Room:** The Sheep Barn (indoor communal space with dining table for all guests, plus sofas, fully equipped kitchen, TV and wood-burning fire) - **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchen in The Sheep Barn includes 2 ovens, a 5-ring induction hob, a tall fridge, under counter freezer and a dishwasher. - **Sitting Room:** The Sheep Barn is all encompassing with sofas, TV and wood-burning stove. - **Outdoor:** The Spaaa is the undercover outdoor space where the hot tub is located.
