Set within 16 acres of woodland and countryside, there is plenty of space to relax, explore and enjoy time together. The Farmhouse sits alongside the River Dane in the grounds of Gradbach Mill, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Peak District. Accommodation The Farmhouse has seven en-suite bedrooms, each decorated with high-quality furnishings. Ground floor Bedroom 1: Twin en-suite Bedroom 2: Twin en-suite Bedroom 3: Double en-suite First floor Bedroom 4: Twin en-suite Bedroom 5: Double and single en-suite Second floor Bedroom 6: Twin en-suite Bedroom 7: Double and single en-suite The Setting The Farmhouse is nestled in the tiny hamlet of Gradbach, on the banks of the River Dane and within the secluded grounds of our historic 18th-century stone-built silk mill. The setting is surrounded by woodland, riverside walks and beautiful Peak District scenery. The Roaches, one of the UK's prime climbing destinations, and the wonderful hidden gem of Lud's Church are just a short drive away. The Georgian spa town of Buxton and the market town of Leek are both around 15 minutes away, while Bakewell, Tideswell and Hartington are also within easy reach. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are around 45 minutes away. The Farmhouse was awarded Bronze in the Staffordshire Tourism Awards 2018, winning Self-Catering Holiday Property of the Year. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Sorry - no pets allowed. - **Accessibility:** There are no specific facilities for disabled guests. - **WiFi:** Each room has a direct dial telephone. Free WiFi. - **Kitchen:** A typical farmhouse kitchen/diner with wood burner and range cooker and with a beautiful vaulted oak ceiling. - **Dining Room:** Situated in the kitchen is a large oak table to seat 16 guests. - **Sitting Room:** Large lounge area with oak vaulted ceilings and glass windows and doors throughout. With views to the hot tub and outside dining area. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There are TVs in every bedroom and the living room offering FreeSat channels. DVD player and Music system in the living room. - **Games Room:** The Den - you will find a variety of outside games including Jenga. A football table is also available in the Den. - **Heating and Open Fires:** The heating is controlled by the radiators and there is a wood burning stove in the kitchen. - **Bedrooms:** 7 en suite bedrooms all with showers. 3 twin rooms, 1 twin room with cot, 1 double, 2 rooms with a double and a single bed. All en suite. - **Linen:** All bed linen and towels are provided with complimentary toiletries and slippers. - **Bathrooms:** All bathrooms have a shower. - **Children's Facilities:** There is one bedroom with a cot and also a travel cot available.
