Surrounded by extensive tree-lined gardens with a large outdoor entertaining and dining area, the Farmhouse comes complete with a private hot tub. Imagine stepping into a gorgeously bubbling spa and feeling all your stress melt away while surrounded by nature. The Farmhouse sleeps up to 17 guests (16 plus a single sofa bed) and is set over two expansive floors. There are two living rooms and a large games room complete with a pool table, table tennis and table football for fun family games evenings. Luxurious mattresses and bedding ensure a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep and the interiors are thoughtfully designed. There is a useful mix of doubles and family rooms. The property is based on 150 acres of green farmland that has been lovingly converted into a small family-run Holiday Park. There is other accommodation on site which nestles around a large spring-fed lake, including luxury log cabins imported from Canada, holiday lodges and unique glamping accommodation including the fabulous Geodesic Domes, wooden Glamping Pods and even a converted Helicopter! The other accommodations are only a short walk away from the Farmhouse. Weeton village is located in the heart of the Lancashire countryside, with the nearby bustling seaside town of Blackpool a mere 10-15 minute drive away. Ream Hills is also close to the coastal gems of Lytham and St Annes, famous for it's world class golf courses, and about 20 minutes drive from the city of Preston. We are very easily accessible from the M55. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** No pets are allowed in this accommodation. - **Accessibility:** The double bedroom is located downstairs with a WC nearby, however the bathrooms are upstairs. - **WiFi:** Free WiFi (the WiFi service is provided on a shared basis and is usually perfectly adequate for basic web surfing, email and social media). - **Kitchen:** A large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to create lovely family meals.
