## About The Property

Ideal for large groups and family get togethers, Treworgey Farmhouse in rural Cornwall sleeps up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms. This Georgian slate-hung farmhouse sits in the centre of Treworgey Farm with views down the valley to the river. Front and back gardens with loungers mean you can follow the sun, and there is a barbecue and fire pit for evenings outside. The farm offers a tennis court, swimming pool with a great view, hot tub, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor play areas plus acres of fields and woodland to explore, fantastic facilities for a memorable family friendly stay.

A welcoming flag-stoned hall leads to a sitting room with a large open fireplace, and a formal dining room with another open fire and French windows to the garden. 6 elegant bedrooms include super kings, twins and a single and 2 have en suite bathrooms. There is also a spacious family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, plus a downstairs shower room. Beds can be set up in 2 of the rooms as super kings or twins using zip and links for maximum flexibility, and 1 twin is on the ground floor for anyone in the group who is less mobile.

The large kitchen has a farmhouse table for a leisurely breakfast or informal snacks, a working electric AGA, a walk-in pantry and an adjoining utility room. The living room has a grand piano which is a fantastic addition for anyone who plays and would like to entertain the group, and the house includes books and games for quieter days.

Children staying at Treworgey can enjoy friendly farm animals and seasonal forest school sessions. The on-site riding school offers lessons and hacks through local countryside. Well behaved dogs are welcome and there are plenty of walks straight from the gate, with pocket maps available. Walk to Looe in 2 hours through Kilminorth Woods for days at the sandy beach with great cafes for drinks and lunch too. The South West Coastal Path provides some wonderful routes for hikes or take a gentle 30 minute stroll to The Plough for a pint before dinner.

- **Tennis Court:** Tennis court is available for guests. We have rackets and balls for guests to use. You can also play badminton in the indoor beach.
- **Dining Room:** Dining room with large table, antique marble fireplace and bay window with French doors into the garden.
- **Kitchen:** Large farmhouse kitchen with big table, antique pine dresser, all the usual mod-cons and an electric range cooker. Washing machine and dryer.
- **Sitting Room:** Sitting room with an enormous Inglenook fireplace, comfortable armchairs and sofas, baby grand piano, and Smart TV and bluetooth speaker.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 42”/46” Smart TV.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Two open fires and heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 6 bedrooms sleep up to 11 in comfort. Upstairs are 4 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Bedroom six is downstairs.
- **Bathrooms:** Two of the upstairs bedrooms are with en suite shower rooms. There is a large family bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath.
- **Children's Facilities:** Play area, tennis court, on-site riding school, outdoor pool, kids clubs and toys, in and outdoor play, animal feeding and equipment to borrow.
- **Outdoor:** Private back and front gardens. The front garden has views over the valley towards Looe. Barbecue and big dining table in the back garden.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels included. Swimming towels excluded but available for hire.
- **Parking:** Off road parking for multiple cars.
- **Smoking:** Not permitted in the Farmhouse.
