## About The Property

The Farmhouse is the oldest building on the estate, faithfully restored and extended using Suffolk materials to create an unusual family homestead perfect for large families or groups.

The heart of the property is the large kitchen / dining space that has been designed with family dining in mind. With a large island in the center of the kitchen and a huge fridge freezer we've even popped a wine fridge in for perfect temperature bubbles every time. The kitchen also includes weekend essentials including a Nespresso machine, Tea pigs selection and a huge range cooker essential for the home cook.

The living room is the perfect comfort space. Featuring a huge fire range, fully stocked with wood, sofa space plenty large enough for 12 and a smart TV with Sky TV and providing access to all types of movie downloads.

There are six en-suite bedrooms each with king-size Hypnos beds and stunning views. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor featuring en-suite showers with fluffy towels, Neal's Yard products, and underfloor heating. There are a further four king-sized rooms on the first floor, each uniquely decorated, en-suite and offering the most luxurious of sleeps. Three en-suite bathrooms feature huge roll top baths - ideal for languishing around with the perfectly poured G&T.

With original wood beams beneath a Norfolk Reed thatched roof this large and airy property is truly a luxury escape. Featuring traditional Suffolk pargeting details inside and out. The oak-frame of the house has been rubbed back and polished with beeswax, and Suffolk brick floors re-laid to take under-floor heating. The original 17th-century leaded lights and later Georgian windows have been reinstated affording wonderful views across the park to the lake and wider estate.

The Farmhouse is set in the midst of the beautiful Suffolk countryside, close to many pretty villages as well as the picturesque seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh.

The Farmhouse is the ideal venue for fine parties, special family celebrations, and corporate shindigs. Our friendly, knowledgeable and discreet staff members are on hand to ensure an enjoyable and memorable stay.
