Open countryside ideal for walking either inland or on the coast, close to the Jurassic Coastline.

Dining Room

The Wheel House will sit up to 14 people for group dining, there is a dining table and chairs in each cottage.

Plenty of comfortable leather seating in each cottage, wood burner and coffee tables.

TV and Music Facilities

42” Smart TV and separate DVD player, DAB radio, and a selection of DVD’s, books and games for your use. All rooms feature books and games.

Games Room

In the games barn there is a full size snooker table, table tennis, table football and a skittles alley.

Heating and Open Fires

Log burner in each cottage, Geo-thermal underfloor heating.

Bedrooms

All master bedrooms have king size beds, one room has a super king or twin beds, and there is a twin room.

Linen

All beds are freshly laundered, ironed and made up for your arrival with fluffy towels and tea towels included.

Bathrooms

Most en suites have a shower the main bathrooms have a shower over the bath. 5 bedrooms are en-suite.

Children's Facilities

2 wooden cots and high chairs, a stair gate in The Apple Loft.

Outdoor

Large lawn area, patios with tables, chairs and parasols, tennis court, child's bikes etc.

In the Courtyard there is ample parking.

Smoking is only permitted outside.

Cottages from £288 to £1571 depending on size & season, weekly booking between May half term and Autumn half term. Please ring or email for prices at different times of the year or check our website. Short breaks available October to April, changeover days are Saturdays.
