Fenham Farm Coastal Retreat provides the ideal venue for a family gathering or friends get together. Self-catering holiday accommodation and in a spectacular position overlooking the Northumberland coast and Holy Island with 7 en suite bedrooms to accommodate up 14 adults and 4 children.

The main Granary building houses 2 bedrooms, a generous lounge with stunning sea-views, spacious dining room which can seat all guests and can be set up in various configurations to suit, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional bedrooms are housed in separate adjacent buildings. Guests can relax in the upstairs lounge, which is accessible by lift, and enjoy the amazing sea views. One end of the lounge has seating around a large picture window with amazing views over Holy Island. The other end is cosy, with a wood burning stove, and comfortable - a space to relax with friends and family and catch up. Books, games, jigsaws, television and local information are all available too.

There are a total of 7 en suite bedrooms, converted from original farm buildings. Each bedroom offers modern comfort with cosy underfloor heating, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and feather down duvets. The main Granary bedrooms, Eider and Kittiwake, are accessed by 2 steps, but we can offer an alternative accessible bedroom if required. Eider is a superking bedroom, and Kittiwake is a generous family bedroom comfortably sleeping 2 adults and 3 children. 5 additional bedrooms are located in the outside buildings; these include Lapwing - a spacious kingsized double bedroom with additional accessibility features suitable for the less mobile.

The clever layout of Fenham Farm Coastal Retreat is perfect for groups of families or multi-generational groups - space to come together but the option of quiet and privacy too.

TV and Music Facilities

There are televisions in each of the bedrooms, a freeview/smart TV in the lounge and a large freeview/smart TV in the dining room.

Games Room

There is no separate games room but there is table tennis.

Heating and Open Fires

The accommodation is heated with underfloor heating throughout. There is also a log burning stove in the lounge.

Bedrooms

7 en suite bedrooms. The main Granary building houses 2 bedrooms with an additional 5 bedrooms located in the outside buildings.

Linen

Luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and feather down duvets.

Bathrooms

7 en suite shower rooms. 3 additional toilets in the Granary, including one accessible toilet.

Children's Facilities

Table tennis table and a selection of toys and books. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided. Stair gates and fire guard in the Granary.

Booking Information

November – March: 7 nights, 3 night weekends and 4 night weekdays (Changeover days on Monday/Friday).
April – November: 7 night stays (Friday – Friday).
Check-in time is 16.0, check-out time is 09.30.
We require a deposit of 20% at time of booking, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Fenham Farm is located on the edge of the Lindisfarne Nature Reserve – a truly idyllic base from which to explore the local area. Approximately 1.5 miles off the A1.

There is a bus stop at Fenwick (1.5 miles). Or Beal garage (2.5 miles).
Berwick train station (10 miles).
Berwick-upon-Tweed is the nearest town (10 miles).
There is a well stocked convenience store at Beal garage (2.5 miles). There is a Co-op in Belford (5miles). Supermarkets are located in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
