There are seven ensuite bedrooms that have been thoughtfully converted from original farm buildings. Inside each bedroom, you’ll find all round modern comfort with cosy underfloor heating, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and feather down duvets.

Guests can unwind in the generous upstairs lounge, which offers stunning sea views and is accessible via a lift. One end of the lounge features seating around a large picture window overlooking Holy Island, while the other end creates a cosy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove. Here, you’ll find a selection of books, games, jigsaws, a television, and local information.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast, and the spacious dining room accommodates up to 20 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The clever layout of Fenham Farm Coastal Retreat is perfect for groups of families or multi-generational groups - space to come together but the option of quiet and privacy too.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Sorry - we don't accept pets.
- **Accessibility:** Lapwing is a spacious kingsized double bedroom with additional accessibility features. Lift to upstairs lounge.
- **WiFi:** WiFi throughout.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchen.
- **Dining Room:** The spacious dining room includes seating for up to 20 guests which can be configured any way to suit your groups needs.
- **Sitting Room:** Guests can relax in the upstairs lounge and enjoy amazing sea views. Accessible by lift. Plenty of seating. Wood burner.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There are televisions in each of the bedrooms, a freeview/smart TV in the lounge and a large freeview/smart TV in the dining room.
- **Games Room:** There is no separate games room but there is table tennis.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The accommodation is heated with underfloor heating throughout. There is also a log burning stove in the lounge.
- **Bedrooms:** 7 en suite bedrooms. The main Granary building houses 2 bedrooms with an additional 5 bedrooms located in the outside buildings.
- **Linen:** Luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and feather down duvets.
- **Bathrooms:** 7 en suite shower rooms. 3 additional toilets in the Granary, including one accessible toilet.
- **Children's Facilities:** Table tennis table and a selection of toys and books. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided. Stair gates and fire guard in the Granary.
- **Outdoor:** Outside courtyard with seating and BBQ.
- **Parking:** Private parking area.

- November – March: 7 nights, 3 night weekends and 4 night weekdays (Changeover days on Monday/Friday).
- April – November: 7 night stays (Friday – Friday).
- Check-in time is 16.00, check-out time is 09.30.
- We require a deposit of 20% at time of booking, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
