Just a few steps away, each property has direct access to beautiful Lelant beach and all that it has to offer. Family and dog friendly days spent building sandcastles and splashing about in shallow clear waters are very much on the agenda, all without having to get in the car. The houses are next door to each other and both have the benefit of enclosed gardens. The larger Ferry House has a covered outside entertainment area with barbecue, firepit and a hot tub, a great communal space for everyone to gather for food and down time. The indoor heated swimming pool can also be booked for both. Positioned directly adjacent to the West Cornwall Links Golf Course.

There is no real reason to go far from these gorgeous properties although there are walks from the door into Lelant to local pubs serving food or to join the coastal path for a hike to St Ives. St Ives is a really popular typical seaside town with a vibrant modern art scene and independent shops and cafes. Further afield, Perranporth, Portreath and Newquay are also worth a visit. Paddleboarding and a range of other water-based activities are on the doorstep.
