Bed to beach in under a minute! Glorious Beach Houses near St Ives. Perfect for multi generation families or friends groups wanting a weekend away or a holiday by the sea. Each property has direct access to a stunning beach and all that it has to offer. Family and dog friendly days spent building sandcastles and splashing about in shallow clear waters or enjoying watersports such as kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, all on the doorstep & without having to get in the car. The houses are next door to each other and have the benefit of enclosed gardens. Ferry House has a covered outside entertainment area with barbecue, firepit and a hot tub, a great communal space for everyone to gather for food and down time. Positioned directly adjacent to the West Cornwall Links Golf Course, on Salt Path and in most southerly RSPB Reserve.

The emphasis in Ferry House and Beach House is on a truly remarkable location. Open plan living with huge windows give the feeling of bringing the outside in to create sociable and spacious rooms for being together while still enjoying the amazing views and sounds of the sea, day or night. Ferry House has the added bonus of a wood stove in the main lounge for cosy evenings. Beach House is where artist John Miller painted the Chris Rea "King of the Beach" Album Cover.

Accommodation offers versatile bedroom options some with Super King options, four have amazing sea views. Facilities are plentiful with a choice of a bath or shower room in Ferry House.

There is no real reason to go far from these gorgeous properties although there are walks from the door to local pubs and eateries or to join the coastal path for a walk to Carbis Bay or St Ives. St Ives is a really popular typical seaside town with both a historic and modern art scene and independent shops and cafes. The Minack Theatre and Penzance are close by too.  With Eden Project and other famous Cornish attractions are an easy day trip.
