Set within 30 acres of olive and citrus groves, it offers the sense of being somewhere peaceful and private, while still being close enough to beaches, villages and day trips to make it a very easy place to holiday together. The house works particularly well for extended families, groups of friends, walking groups, creative gatherings and retreats that want both comfort at home and plenty to explore nearby. Inside, the atmosphere is bright, airy and lived-in, with antiques, books, textiles and generous shared spaces that make it feel more like a real country house than a standard rental. The main house has 8 ensuite bedrooms with air conditioning, together with indoor and outdoor dining areas, comfortable sitting rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The grounds also include a yoga studio, which adds useful flexibility for group activities, movement sessions or workshops. One of the real strengths of the property is that groups can be as sociable or as independent as they like. There is room to gather for long meals, celebrations and shared time, but also enough space to read quietly, rest, cook, swim or spread out. Around the house and pool, the setting is calm and sunny, and the region’s warm climate means the finca is appealing well beyond the height of summer. The location also makes it easy to combine time at home with memorable outings. The beaches and coves of Cabo de Gata are about a 30-minute drive away, including well-known spots for swimming and watersports, while the traditional village of Níjar offers tapas, cafés, artisan studios and local ceramics. Almería city is another rewarding trip, with the Alcazaba fortress, cathedral and historic centre, and families or mixed-age groups may also enjoy Oasys MiniHollywood in Tabernas. For groups who want more than a simple villa stay, the wider area offers a lot of variety: beach days, boat trips, kayaking, quad biking in the Tabernas Desert, horse riding and guided stargazing are all local options. Back at the finca, the owners know local chefs and massage therapists who can help make a holiday or retreat feel especially easy and relaxing. Practically, the house is around 25 minutes from Almería airport, has air conditioning throughout, and the kitchen is equipped with a professional-grade range, separate electric oven, Magimix and Vitamix.
