The house is fully air conditioned (hot and cold), with 300m2 living space over two floors, with 6 spacious bedrooms, large semi professional kitchen, 2 living rooms entrance by enclosed courtyard, 2 large terraces and the back garden plus all the pool area. There are barbecue facilities too. Private use of the house and the large pool 12x12 m, ideal for adults and children, with plenty of sunbathing terrace space, and an outside dining area and several chill out areas. All together over 600m2 of outside spaces to enjoy. Finca Palma offers a fantastic location for visiting Palma city centre (only 15 minutes away), going to beaches, as well as golf, cycling, mountaineering.
