Finchcocks Oast is a beautifully converted Victorian Oast House, and is available all year round as group and holiday accommodation for short and long self-catering stays, using the whole property in price groups of up to 22, up to 32, or up to 42 guests. There are 10 bedrooms. 7 are doubles with King or Queen size beds, and 3 provide twin single-beds. Sofa and trundle beds expand the sleeping options.

Located on the border between Kent and East Sussex, and surrounded by traditional hop gardens and farmland, it sits within one of the prettiest Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Kent.

With large rooms and lots of space throughout, with each of the bedrooms being en-suite, with an outdoor heated swimming pool, a tennis court, plenty of parking space, all within its own private grounds, this accommodation will make an ideal place for that family holiday, weekend break or the venue to hold that special event or occasion.

Finchcocks Oast is planned over two floors, with seven of the nine bedrooms located on the ground floor. The first floor features a kitchen to inspire any chef, a wonderful main dining and living area, plus a separate games room.

From the dining and living area you can walk straight out on to the large and expansive balcony area to enjoy the superb views over the surrounding hop gardens, farmland and countryside.

Stunning designer fixtures and fittings, exposed beams and oak flooring further enhance the lavish but relaxed ambience this superb accommodation creates.
